Toward Academic and Institutional Integration
The long-term objective of IUNLP is to integrate the structural models of CFSTP™ and NGNLP into academic research, university programs, and clinical collaboration networks. By encouraging peer review, empirical study, and interdisciplinary dialogue, IUNLP seeks to refine these models and to explore their implications for mental health, leadership development, and human performance science.
The intention is not to replace existing psychological disciplines, but to contribute a structural framework that may help explain persistent emotional phenomena observed across therapeutic and organizational contexts.
