IUNLP Terms & Conditions

IUNLP Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the International Union of NLP (IUNLP)! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rights and obligations of all IUNLP members, including practitioners, master practitioners, and trainers. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About IUNLP
The IUNLP is a private organization dedicated to promoting and sharing the New Generation of NLP (NGNLP), a methodology incorporating Advanced Time Healing (ATH), Conscious Filters Subconscious Transition Protocol (CFSTP), and Timeline Deep Cleansing (TDC). IUNLP certifies practitioners who demonstrate proficiency in these techniques.

2. Membership Benefits and Requirements
    ● Membership Tiers: IUNLP offers various membership tiers, each with its own advantages and privileges, including discounts on events and select courses. Yearly subscriptions are required to maintain membership.
    ● Becoming a Member:
       ○ Anyone who successfully completes an IUNLP-approved NGNLP, ATH, CFSTP, or TDC course is eligible for membership.
       ○ Practitioners trained in classical NLP code must complete relevant IUNLP courses to update their knowledge and qualify for membership.

3. NGNLP Certification Process
    ● NGNLP Practitioner:
       ○ Requires successful completion of a 50+ hour training program and passing an exam.
       ○ Requires at least 40 client sessions before applying for the Master Practitioner program.
    ● NGNLP Master Practitioner:
       ○ Requires successful completion of a 50+ hour training program and passing an exam.
       ○ Requires at least 80 client sessions before becoming an IUNLP Trainer (TOT).
    ● IUNLP Trainers:
       ○ Can certify students in NGNLP, granting them IUNLP membership.
       ○ Can promote their NGNLP trainings on the IUNLP website.

4. Member Responsibilities
    ● Code of Ethics: IUNLP upholds high ethical standards. Members must comply with the NGNLP knowledge base and methodologies in their sessions.
    ● Confidentiality: Practitioners must ensure client privacy and never disclose confidential information to third parties.
    ● Non-judgmental Approach: Practitioners must maintain a non-judgmental and non-critical attitude towards clients.
    ● Material Protection: All IUNLP materials are copyrighted and for member use only. Sharing, copying, or transferring materials is strictly prohibited. Trainers are the only exception, as they can share materials with students for certification
purposes.
    ● Professional Representation: Members must accurately represent their NGNLP qualifications. Membership registration requires a valid name matching your NGNLP certificate, email address, and phone number.
    ● Continuing Education: Members must attend IUNLP-mandated retraining courses twice a year to maintain updated knowledge.

5. Therapist vs. Coach Designation
    ● Psychologists with IUNLP membership can use the term “NGNLP Therapy” in their advertising.
    ● All other members must use “NGNLP Coaching” instead of “therapy” on websites, social media, and marketing materials.

6. Logo Usage
    ● IUNLP members (practitioners, master practitioners, and trainers) can use the logo on business cards, letterheads, and promotional materials, as long as their membership remains valid. This usage is for personal promotion only.
    ● The IUNLP logo can only be used in connection with NGNLP, ATH, CFSTP, or TDC training courses.

7. Disciplinary Action
IUNLP has a disciplinary committee that investigates client complaints against members. If necessary, disciplinary action may be taken, including expulsion from IUNLP.

8. New Techniques
NGNLP practitioners and trainers who develop new techniques are encouraged to share them with the IUNLP community for evaluation and potential inclusion under their name within the NGNLP framework.

9. Disclaimer
IUNLP provides access to its tools and resources “as is” without warranties or guarantees. The organization is not liable for any outcomes related to a member’s use of these tools.

10. Age Restriction
This website and its services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Termination
IUNLP reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms.

13. Updates to Terms
IUNLP may update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of any changes.
